1 small head Bok Choi (Chinese cabbage) coarsely chopped
1 small clove garlic (pressed)
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt and pepper
This could not be any simpler. I don’t even bother with cooking this in stages. I literally put everything together except the sesame seeds and cook covered until softened. Just before serving, sprinkle on the sesame seeds and adjust the salt.
I usually http://premier-pharmacy.com/product/xenical/ serve this as a side dish, as in the photo above, but you could easily turn it into a main meal by tossing onto a steaming bowl of brown basmati rice or quinoa or noodles, and if you’re lucky enough to still have some tamarind paste lurking, marble some into plain yogurt and place on top. Yum!!
