Hello! Welcome to Sun Temple Food.
This blog is the continuation of an amazing food journey for me. I started turning recipes on their heads about 5 years ago and what I have found is there are healthier ways to cook most things. The name “Sun Temple Food” is meant to tell you that the majority of these recipes are made with foods from a hot climate as I live most of the year in St. Lucia, and that they are all good for your body or your “temple’ I try to use what is produced locally, wherever I am, so these recipes will reflect a seasonality. They are largely plant based, but include vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten free recipes, which I organise into those categories. Cooking and eating is also about daring to branch out and try different things. I can promise that you will definitely feel better if you eat the Sun Temple Food way. I hope you will enjoy this journey as much as I do and that you will not only try my recipes but comment and question.
