It’s quite amazing what you can create with a few simple ingredients. We would consider absolute essentials to be: lemons, garlic, onions, ginger, olive oil, salt and pepper. Simply mixing up a few things can create the world of difference. We routinely use a base of: an acidic theme such as lemon, different vinegars etc., with a fat such as olive oil, butter, sesame oil etc. Upon that we add additional flavourings such as fresh herbs or ginger or capers or peppers depending on what we're hoping to achieve. You can’t lose if you keep it simple, fresh and unprocessed. Healthy easy recipes are the perfect way forward when it comes to eating well and maintaining a healthy natural lifestyle.
Okay we admit there may be some sumptuous pagan delights in there and we will always tell you, but in order to have a balanced diet we believe a little of what you love does you good and you can always close your eyes and skip those recipes (or save for later).
