Toast 1 cup of white Quinoa in a heavy based frying pan for approximately 5 minutes or until you can hear little popping noises and start to smell a delicious pop corn-like smell.
I tried the first time to grind my freshly toasted grains in my food processor but this isn’t very satisfactory. I was much more successful grinding it in small batches in my spice mill.
