Banana, Coconut and Nut Butter Smoothie


Serves 2

My husband and I tend to have smoothies on a Sunday morning. I have had a few eyebrows raised as this is very far removed from the “Full English” that many of our friends embrace.


1 large banana

2 tbsp nut butter

40g porridge oats

2 tbsp freshly grated coconut

100ml almond milk

90g pawpaw/papaya (optional)

Just place everything in your blending machine and zap until smooth.
